One of the biggest lies we were taught to believe about brainpower is that "You're either born with it or you're not.” So, it might seem, iconic leaders have achieved high levels of success, as a result of their superhuman brain powers.
Like, for example; the mythical image of Jeff Bezos creating an online empire in kindergarten. Steve Jobs having a computer in his crib when he was a baby, and Mark Zuckerberg creating a worldwide social network when he was three.
Is it any wonder that “ordinary” people believe that it’s too difficult, and associate lack of brainpower as the reason for the struggle? If we become totally associated with the limiting belief we set goals “according to our skills.”
